Brave New World Chapter 9-10

At the beginning of Chapter 9, Bernard actually moves to fulfill his promise to John, of taking him and his mother back to London, by calling Mustrapha Mond and asking him if he can bring John and
Linda back to London.

His fordship, Mustrapha Mond, says, yes and Bernard heads back to the reservation.

Back in the rest house, John breaks into the house and looks into Lenina’s briefcase.

Chapter 10, begins in London inside the decanting room, the director meets Bernard in front of all the fertility room workers.

As Bernard walks into the room, the director threatens Bernard with loss of employment in front of several upper-caste fertility room workers.

Then Bernard introduces the director to Linda and John.

When the director sees Linda, he is just disgusted and humiliated as the fertility room erupts in laughter.

The chapter end with the director being completely humiliated.
